Elisabeth K.H. Pasqualini Esquire
Elisabeth K. H. Pasqualini, Esquire is an accomplished litigator who focuses her practice on criminal defense at both the federal and state level. Attorney Pasqualini has successfully defended persons charged with rape, aggravated assault, serious drug offenses, and misdemeanors regularly achieving Not Guilty jury verdicts for her clients.
Ms. Pasqualini has gained a hard fought reputation as an aggressive, successful trial attorney. She is well known in the region and practices throughout the South Central Pennsylvania area in state and federal court. Although an excellent litigator, Ms. Pasqualini prides herself on her ability to negotiate very favorable results for her clients - from homicide to traffic citations - without having to proceed to trial on most occasions.
Even where Ms. Pasqualini was not trial counsel in a sex offense case, she defends people against being classified as a Sexually Violent Predator at sentencing. Being deemed an SVP has serious life-long consequences including notification of community members, neighbors, and employers, along with inclusion on Megan's Law websites.
Ms. Pasqualini cares deeply about her clients and works hard to achieve the best results for them. As a law student at the University of Maryland School of Law, Ms. Pasqualini was one of the leaders of a student group which helped to secure the release of a wrongly convicted prisoner, Walter Arvinger. Mr. Arvinger spent 34 years incarcerated in the state of Maryland for a murder he did not commit. In recognition of her efforts, Ms. Pasqualini was awarded the Martin Luther King, Jr. Diversity Recognition Award from the University of Maryland. Ms. Pasqualini is a Criminal Justice Act panel attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. A member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Federal Bar Association, Ms. Pasqualini keeps apprised of the latest trends and changes in the law to better serve her clients.
