Attorney Alexis M. Miloszewski concentrates her practice on family law areas such as divorce, custody, grandparent’s rights, relocation, spousal and child support, adoption, guardianship, protection from abuse and related issues. She has aggressively represented both female and male litigants before conciliators and judges on such issues as relocation, spousal support, child support and equitable distribution of marital assets. Attorney Miloszewski also represents juveniles in delinquency and dependency criminal matters at every stage of litigation.
Attorney Miloszewski received her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Attorney Miloszewski was a certified legal intern for the Harrisburg Civil Law Clinic where she advocated on behalf of indigent clients in domestic, unemployment compensation, breach of contract, and estate planning matters. Attorney Miloszewski was also a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society.
Attorney Miloszewski received her B.A. from The University of Pittsburgh in 2005. She is originally from Blair County, Pennsylvania. Attorney Miloszewski is also active in the community and participates in several service and charity projects.
