Our Staff

Our legal assistant, Constance E. Stoneroad, is a key component of our legal team. Ms. Stoneroad has been with Shaffer & Engle since 1999. She co-founded Keystone Guardianship Services, NPC. Some of Ms. Stoneroad's educational activities include Pennsylvania Bar Institute courses (2004: "7th Annual Elder Law Institute" and "Fundamentals of Estate Planning"; 2003: "6th Annual Elder Law Institute"; 2001: "Orphan's Court Practice" and "Representing the Incapacitated Person") and the National Business Institute course "The Probate Process from Start to Finish in PA" (2001).
