At Shaffer & Engle Law Offices, LLC we are sensitive that not everyone needs an elaborate estate plan, and so we have structured our fees on simple Wills to reflect the reality that these documents are critical and should be financially available to everyone.  For that reason, our rate for a simple Will is $25.00 for the first page and $5.00 for each additional page, along with a notary fee of $3.00.  The average simple Will is two pages long and has an Affidavit page.  The total cost including the notary fee is $38.00.  Additionally, simple Wills are FREE to any individual who acts as an Executor or Executrix of an Estate administered with Shaffer & Engle Law Offices, LLC. 

We also understand that not everyone can utilize a simple Will.  Our attorney’s will work with you, and your financial institutions, accounting and tax professionals, to create a coordinated plan to carry out your goals.  We can also work with you to identify the best individuals to carry out your plan, or take guardianship of minor children and incapacitated persons.
