JEFFREY ENGLE: If a client would hire me for representation on their sex offense case, I would obviously investigate the case, review the facts that are being provided by the commonwealth, potentially hire an investigator based upon agreement with my client to look into the facts and render an opinion to me and for my client so that we can be prepared. And from the client's perspective, I would meet with them at least five times to go over the facts of the case, their version of the events, as well as counseling them on how to appear, dress, sound, and react in court, which is crucial to any case.
